Car Seat Program

Making Nashville’s Children Safer

The Car Seat Program provides child passenger safety services to low income families in Davidson County. Families meeting financial guidelines may attend a class and receive a seat for their child. The car seats provided by this program are purchased through the Child Safety Fund Program of the Tennessee Department of Health. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians provide the following services:

  • Education Sessions
  • Information on Child Passenger Safety
  • Assistance with Child Restraint System Installation
